New bids for county planning approval

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Mr A Graham, land west of West Newham Farm Buildings, Milbourne, proposed construction of new walls and roof to existing silage clamp.

Hartburn: Mr D Phillipson, land west of High Angerton Farm Cottages, High Angerton, change of use, conversion and extension of former agricultural building to create one dwelling and proposed construction of new detached garage, resubmission of planning permission 12/02440/FUL.

Hebron: Mr Peter Kinghorn, 5 West View, Northgate, construction of new double garage.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr David Barber, Ravenside, prior notification for a new track to provide an access to an existing silage clamp and manure storage area, which has been cut off from the original access by a new building that was erected in October 2012.

Longhorsley: Mr P Boyd, 2 East Linden View, East Road, variations of conditions 1 and 2 relating to planning permission 11/01639/FUL, erection of new garage to rear of property, front porch to dwelling and removal of fence, and creation of off-street parking area – change of height of garage and change rain canopy and porch roof to hip.

Matfen: Mr Anthony Milburn, Bog House, construction of a two-storey extension and detached outhouse/garage building.

Morpeth: Mr P Swift, 5 Chathill Close, Stobhill Farm, construction of first-floor extension over garage and ground-floor rear extension; Mr John Routledge, 12 Rosemount, Stobhill Grange, construction of first-floor and second-floor side extension, single-storey rear extension and conversion of garage to kitchen/breakfast area; Dr Graham Sorrie, 14 Curlew Hill, Lancaster Park, extension to kitchen and dining room.

Nunnykirk: Mr Bell, land north east of East Farm, Wingates, resubmission, installation of 25m tall mast micro wind turbine.

Ponteland: Mr Scott Elland, 45 West Road, construction of first-floor side extension, construction of timber framed garage and extension to existing stove flue; Mr and Mrs Swann, 77 Dunsgreen, proposed single-storey front extension and two-storey rear extension; Ms Kathleen Mavin, Ponteland War Memorial Hall, Darras Road, Darras Hall, demolition of existing single-storey addition to the rear of the hall and construction of a two-storey extension to the rear; Mr and Mrs Hall, 54 Linden Way, construction of first-floor side extension, single-storey rear and front extension and replacement of first-floor flat roof with pitched roof; Mr Ian Holmes, 97 Western Way, Darras Hall, construction of two-storey rear extension and new dormer to front elevation; Mr Brian Morl, 127 Thornhill Road, construction of replacement porch.

Stamfordham: Mr Peter Miller, Rosemount House, Eachwick, construction of a rear single-storey extension.

Thirston: Mr Clive Milner, land west of Longdyke Burn, north of C137, Longhorsley, prior notification for construction of a barn for storage with accessible doors.
