Mr Mark Harrison, 42 De Mowbray Way, Lancaster Park, proposed front porch, new tiled roof and alterations.
Ponteland: Mrs Lesley Marshall, 18 Parklands, Darras Hall, non-material amendment to permission 13/00064/FUL (proposed garden room and en-suite extension, canopy over front door, new tiled pitched roof over garage in place of felted roof and extension to driveway), amendment relates to the omission of en-suite extension and canopy and alteration to garden room, corners squared off.
