Planning applications before the council

The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mrs Lorraine Barrass, land at Beechgrove and 5 Acklington Village, Tree Preservation Order to reduce weight in area of horse chestnut and dead wood, removal of sycamore.

Belsay: Mr Jonothan Charlton, East Newham Farm, Milbourne, non-material amendment to permission 14/00030/FUL (change of use from agricultural land to residential curtilage and construction of residential dwelling), slight re-configuration of internal layout, including internal partition walls and adjustment to dormer roof.

East Chevington: Mr T Oliver, land south of Green Tiles, Main Street, Red Row, two detached two storey dwellings.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr Michael Robson, East Barn, Birk Road, side extension to garage to enable creation of lounge over garages.

Longhirst: Jon Tweddell, land east of Fawdon House Farm, Screening Opinion, proposed dwellings.

Longhorsley: Mrs Lynn Ellison, residential caravan, Southward Edge Barns, variations of conditions 1 and 2 (temporary time limit) of 11/01121/FUL to renew permission for five years.

Matfen: Sir Hugh Blackett, land east of Fenwick Cottages, Fenwick, subdivision of residential curtilage and erection of single dwelling.

Mr Bryan Scott, land north east of Vallum Farm Cottages, Wallhouses, Advertisement Consent for low level lectern-type free-standing interpretation panel.

Morpeth: Mrs Susan Wheeler, 15 The Avenue, Loansdean, double storey side extension, single storey rear extension, bay window to front elevation and loft conversion.

Salvation Army Trading Company, 23 Newgate Street, one fascia sign, three reverse applied Salvation Army window vinyls, one reverse applied window Welcome vinyl and one projecting sign.

Mrs Carol Routledge, Ingleside, 24 Thorp Avenue, re-submission of application 13/03168/FUL, conversion of flat roof to pitched on single detached garage, including raising height of walls slightly to provide storage area.

Mr Chris Blyth, Lidl UK, Stanley Terrace, variation of Condition 8 of permission CM/20070196 to allow for increased flexibility of warehouse operations regarding delivery schedules.

Ponteland: Mr David Forrest, 4 Grange Road, application for Notification of Prior Approval, single storey extension to rear, comprises of flat roof with lantern skylight and UPVC windows, existing internal opening to be widened; Mr Jackson, Callerton Hall Cottages, High Callerton, proposed orangery to rear.

Mrs Diane Wisby, 15 Lynwood Close, extension to bungalow to form family/day room to ground floor level, including removal of external wall with re-configured internals to utility, kitchen and cloakroom, private stair to first floor guest loft bedroom and en-suite.

Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr Chris Manners, land north of Chevington Moor Cottages, prior notification for change of use from agricultural to one dwelling.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Alan Jobson, 94 The Gables, Widdrington Station, extend garage and entrance canopy and replace flat roof to canopy, garage and sunroom with new pitched roof.
