Hartburn: Mrs Sarah Fenwick, Boat House, west of Lake View House, conversion to single dwelling.

Hepscott: Executors of the late Mr M Wilkinson, Shadfen Park Farm, Shadfen, conversion of redundant farm buildings to a single dwelling, demolition of cottage and alterations to and extension of existing dwelling.

Morpeth Rugby Football Club, rugby football grounds, Mitford Road, replacement of floodlights to pitch two at Grange House Field.

Netherwitton: Mr Alun Moore, land north of Beacon Hill Farm, new staff cottage, change of use of stables to office, garage and domestic storage.

Ponteland: Mr and Mrs Ian Gordon, land south of Milbourne Grange, Milbourne, conversion of redundant barn to private dwelling; Mr Mark Steven, Geoff Steven and Sons, 25 Main Street, Listed Building Consent, construction of new shop front and installation of hanging sign.

Mr Tom Dickson, 3 Edge Hill, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order, reduce and re-shape scots pine by 20 per cent.
