The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Josh Darling, 20 Churchill Way, two storey side extension to form garage and bedroom.

East Chevington: Mr J Kirkley, 61 Hartside Crescent, Hadston, proposed rear ground floor kitchen/dining room extension and convert existing dining room to bedroom.

Hepscott: Mr John Birkett, West View, non-material amendment to permission 14/00078/FUL, change door and window on rear elevation to the room behind new garage, change conservatory roof and replace some conservatory windows with brick.

Mr Walker, 8 Crofts Park, Tree Preservation Order application to fell and remove alder.

Longhirst: Mr Graham Chambers, Longhirst Golf Club, proposed steel portal framed mono pitch building to be used as a golf club driving range and training facility.

Mrs Rosemary Horsley, 30 Micklewood Close, proposed erection of a garden shed, 8ft by 6ft apex height 7ft 6ins.

Mitford: Mrs Joanne Coulson, Greystones, Stable Green, demolition of two storey detached house and erection of a new two storey detached house.

Mr John Vowell, Site 1, Seaton Ryde, Tranwell Woods, outline application for construction of detached dwelling with all matters reserved; Mr John Vowell, Site 2, Seaton Ryde, Tranwell Woods, outline application for construction of detached dwelling.

Morpeth: Mr Mark Jewitt, Sycamore House, 40 Loansdean Wood, Loansdean, proposed wooden 6ft gate access to the back garden, work will include taking out a section of wall and replacing it with a wooden gate, access is to visitor parking and will be used as access for a disabled sister.

Mr David Hancock, HML Tools and Fixings, Coopies Way, change of use to warehouse and showroom facility for wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves and associated equipment.

Ms Alison Turner, 53 Lindisfarne Lane, Stobhill Grange, single storey front porch and add pitched roof over existing flat roof, bay and garage.
