The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

East Chevington: Mr Ian Warbrick, 15 Manor Grange, North Broomhill, Tree Preservation Order, remove long stubs back to branch rides on three beech trees.

Hebron: Mr David Taylor, 1 East Benridge Cottage, single storey brick-built, flat roof extension with UPVC windows.

Longhirst: Mr Andy Foreman, 7 Longhirst Village, single storey rear extension, replacement sash windows, replacement front door and re-building of chimney stack.

Mitford: Mr A Craig, Tall Trees, 7 Gubeon Wood, Tranwell Woods, Tree Preservation Order, fell willow and poplar and re-trench oak tree.

Morpeth: Mr P Maylia, Morpeth Lodge, 6-8 Staithes Lane, change of use of ground floor offices from C1 to A2 with internal alterations to first floor. Mr Rescigno, 25 Kings Avenue, Tree Preservation Order, fell one mature oak located in the centre of rear garden next to boundary fence, tree is infected with honey fungi; Mr Roger Tunbul, 31 Park Drive, Deuchar Park, single storey infill extension.

Dr Kevin Yates, 5 Wansbeck Place, listed building consent, single storey extension to rear of property, new en-suite bathroom to second floor, loft conversion, including installation of rooflights, replacement of existing roof tiles, replacement of two windows to rear elevation, cleaning and re-pointing of stone to front elevation.

Pegswood: Mrs Sandra Hardwick, Post Office, John Street, notification of prior approval, change of use from A1 to C3 single family dwelling, bungalow, with necessary building work to provide repairs/external cladding, new windows and external door/accessible entrance.

Ponteland: Lugano Group, land north of 57 Runnymede Road, Darras Hall, advertisement consent, erection of perimeter hoarding at 2.8m in height with covering of advertisements as per supplied details and installation of soft glow illumination for hours of darkness up to midnight.

Ms Vera Baird, Northumbria Police HQ, outline, re-development of site to provide a mix of retained Northumbria Police operational functions and buildings and housing with up to 263 dwellings. Mr Peter Wilson, 7 Fellside, construction of block/render single storey extension with pitched roof to rear of property and raising of roof to provide first floor living accommodation, incorporating dormer roof and rooflights.

Ms Lynn Barrett, Keepers Cottage, High Callerton, proposed garage and study in place of outbuildings.

Stamfordham: Mrs Wendy Williams, 5 The Oval, extending out from rear elevation by 4.2m with solid b/w to boundary, French doors to frontage and angled windows either side.

Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr Jonathan Barber, North Byre, Tritlington Demesne, single storey rear house extension.

Whalton: Urban Wind, land south and west of Watch Hill Farm, Shilvington, installation of two Northern Power 100-24 wind turbines, 35m to tip.
