The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
Ellington and Linton: Mr Dalvir Singh, Bank Top Stores, Front Street, Ellington, proposal to move door of shop front and replace with window.
Hepscott: Mr Derek Wright, The Barn, 2 Hepscott Manor Farm, proposed erection of an aluminium frame and glass panelled greenhouse in a secluded garden section of the property.
Longhirst: Ms Bassett, 4 Broomhaugh, replacement conservatory.
Matfen: Mr Peter Moffitt, agricultural barn, Vallum Farm, East Wallhouses, change of use from agricultural storage unit to light commercial storage/warehouse/distribution use, including works to form new front elevation to open fronted agricultural unit and two-storey office space to be created inside new facility.
Morpeth: Mr R. Barrell, 28 Green Acres, Kirkhill, notification of prior approval to demolish existing kitchen extension to rear and construct new kitchen extension to rear with height to eaves of 2.9m, maximum height of 3.8m and total projection from rear wall of original dwelling of 3.288m; Mr Peter Cammack, extension to existing dining room, alterations to existing kitchen and new roof to kitchen and dining room – all single storey and to rear of dwelling.
Ponteland: Mr and Mrs Goldwater, 9 The Crescent, Darras Hall, demolition of existing conservatory to side and construction of new orangery, demolition of existing single storey side extension and construction of new two-storey extension, construction of new single storey rear extension and demolition of detached garage and construction of new replacement garage; Dr S. Aspinall, 44 Willow Way, Darras Hall, proposed two-storey extension to side and rear kitchen extension; Mr Steven Carr, 52 Darras Road, Darras Hall, extension to provide first floor with four bedrooms and to rear for living room and garage; Mr Rob Charlton, 16 Callerton Lane, proposed extension; Mr and Mrs Simon Rowland, 3 Queensway, Darras Hall, proposed garage/carport extension with en-suite bathrooms over; Mr Gordon Clark, land to the rear of Kildale, Medburn, construction of detached dwelling and garage; Mr R. Wright, 33 Darras Road, Darras Hall, raise the roof on part of the house to provide bathroom and two additional bedrooms – each with en-suite and erection of dormers in roof space.
Thirston: Mr Graham Wilcock, land south of The Northumberland Arms, The Peth, West Thirston, fell three Sycamores and remedial works to three Sycamores.
