The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Mr Andrew Graham, Box-It North, West Newham Farm, Milbourne, change of use of an existing agricultural building to B8 class use (document storage); Mrs Fiona Neilson, 13 The Arcade, listed building consent application – internal alterations to provide two en-suite bathing facilities.

Ellington and Linton: Mr and Mrs Michael Richardson, 4 Mill Farm, Ellington, proposed extension to side of existing dwelling to form additional garage and bedroom.

Hebron: Mr Peter Addison, Benridge Moor Farm, change of use of agricultural shed into one four-bedroom dwelling with attached garaging and conversion of two small sheds to stabling adjacent into proposed dwelling.

Heddon on the Wall: Mr Alan Graham, Close House Mansion, Close House Estate, replacement of an existing storage building with a new single-storey storage building.

Meldon: Mr Brian Weightman, Main Kennel Block, Rivergreen Kennels, change of use from agricultural to residential use and retrospective construction of stone boundary wall.

Morpeth: Ms Jenny Larby, 14 Bullers Green, works to a tree in a conservation area – felling of one silver birch tree; Mr W. Thompson, land south of 7 Ridley Close, Springhill, change of use from open space to residential (C3 class use).

Ponteland: Ms N. Kinghorn, Orchard House, The Avenue, Medburn, two-storey extension to provide dining, kitchen, bathroom and en-suite facilities; Mr Sufi Ahmed, 3 Main Street, re-submission – change of use from first floor retail unit to office accommodation and first floor office extension; Mr Chris Guilbert, Callerton Home Farm, Callerton Hall Drive, High Callerton, certificate of lawfulness of proposed use for installation of four windows; Mrs Kath Mayer, 7 Avondale Road, Darras Hall, addition of an upper floor to existing dormer bungalow.

Wallington Demesne: Mrs Jane Gibson, The Corridge, Middleton, proposed change of use of land from agricultural and construction of new tennis court, as well as proposed small porch addition to north elevation of outbuildings to east of main house; Mr Colin Snowball, The Manse, Middleton, works to trees in a conservation area – fell one apple tree and five fir trees.

Whalton: Mr Keith Storey, land and buildings at Manor House Dairy, variation of condition two of planning application 12/03353/FUL – demolition of existing agricultural buildings and construction of eight new dwellings, together with associated garages and outbuilding.
