Ponteland: Chris Laws, land east of Paddock House, The Avenue, Medburn, removal of a flying stay and wood pole, replacement of a wood pole with steel pole; Mr Neil Clark, 36 Linden Way, Darras Hall, works to demolish single storey pitched roof twin garage and porch extension and re-build with flat roof and added cloakroom, second floor pitched roof bedroom and en-suite bathroom extension above garage.
Stannington: Mr Peter Candler, former Administration Building, St Mary’s Hospital development site, discharge of condition 8 of 14/00300/FUL (conversion of former Administration Building into Gastro Pub and guest accommodation on first floor).
Wallington Demesne: Mr C Snowball, The Manse, Middleton, conversion of loft to create additional accommodation, with dormer windows.
