The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr John Campbell, Dye House, Guyzance Bridge, replacement of windows, lintels and window cill, repointing, replacement of rear door, relocation of wood burning stove, replacement of roof guttering and backboard, installation of stone patio, alteration of garage opening, removal of turning circle.

Hartburn: Mrs A Barkes, Coach House, East Angerton Hall Drive, Hartburn, retrospective, single storey extension to rear.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr Sean Whiting, The Cottage, South Houghton Farm, two storey extension to rear, but road side.

Morpeth: Mr Peter Kinghorn, Plots 9-11 Coningsby Gardens, variation of condition 2 of permission CM/20070824, design revisions for new houses; Mrs Gillian Lavery, land east of Bolland Hall, Bullers Green, non-material amendment to application 13/01570/VARYCO (change material around bay windows to webber render to match stone); Mr Christopher McIarnon, 36 Low Stobhill, Stobhill Grange, bedroom extension above existing attached garage; Mr Ian Belsham, The Coach House, High House Road, fell holly tree; EE Corporate Head Office, 5-7 Bridge Street, advertisement consent for internally-illuminated fascia sign and double-sided illuminated projecting sign.

Ponteland: Mr and Mrs Owen Bradford, 24 The Crescent, Darras Hall, extension to form garage with bedrooms over, rear sun room, front entrance porch; Mr Lee Forshaw, 3 West Thorn Farm, Kirkley, dormer windows to enable first floor accommodation.

Stannington: Mr Andrew Brain, 30 The Villas, St Mary’s Hospital, change of use from field to garden.

Wallington Demesne: Mr John Walton, West Grange Saw Mill, Grange Drive, Scots Gap, demolition of sawmill and erection of four holiday cottages.

Whalton: Mr Geoffrey Bird, Moore House Lodge, fell four leylandii.
