Lynemouth: Mr Marshall, 104 Dalton Avenue, variation to condition 2 (materials/approved plans) from approval 13/02511/FUL (proposed rear single storey bathroom extension and installation of new window, disabled adaptation).
Morpeth: Dave and Carmen Slade, Chestnut House, 2 Dacre Street, notification of prior approval, erection of rear extension; Mr Chris Dowson, 45 The Pastures, Kirkhill, proposed bedroom/en-suite over garage and external alterations to ground floor rear; Mr Michael Greveson, land north east of Delivery Office, Old Bakehouse Yard, trees in a Conservation Area, removal of one of five trunks on ash.
Stannington: Mr Keverne Watt, Horton Grange Hotel, Berwick Hill Road, Seaton Burn, enlarging the raised deck area, which is connected to the internal restaurant area, the application also seeks to remove an area of specific stonework and replace a selected window arrangement with French doors opening out onto the extended deck.
Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr Tim Hague, land north of Beechcroft, Fenrother Lane, Fenrother, proposed steel portal framed stable block/vehicle store building.
Wallington Demesne: National Trust, Walled Garden, Wallington, Listed Building Consent for preparation and rebuilding of a fallen section of brick wall between garden and field and trenching for French drain on field side of wall to relieve pressure.
