The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr Robert Howie, Acklington Park, Acklington, erection of steel portal framed agricultural building for the storage of small machinery, equipment, feed and fertiliser.

East Chevington: Miss Joanne Purnell and Mr Richard Harris, Ilex House, North Broomhill, sub-division of detached five bedroom house into two, construction of two storey extension to side and single storey extension to opposite side, both with front porch extensions, relocation of garage and additional access.

Hebron: Mr David Brind, Fintry, Fairmoor, conservatory.

Longhirst: Mr Andrew Boaden, 33 Micklewood Close, erection of 8ft length x 8ft width x 6.5ft height garden shed to the bottom left corner of the back garden.

Morpeth: Mr I Rutherford, 32 Newgate Street, change of use from retailing unit (A1) to nail bar and beauty salon (sui generis); Mr and Mrs Raymond Carr, 49 Castle Meadows, porch extension; Mr Malcolm Stewart, 28 Whinham Way, Stobhill Farm, single storey extension to rear; Mr Chris Gill, The Chimes, Fulbeck, fell three scots pine; Wetherspoon, The Electrical Wizard, 11 New Market, replace windows to south and east elevation with bi-folding windows, including glazed balustrade; Mr Chris Menzies, Barnabas Safe and Sound Project, Wellwood House, Dark Lane, change of ground floor storage area to form office accommodation with internal and external alterations.

Pegswood: Mr Stephen Hall, 20 Warkworth Drive, two storey side extension.
