Ponteland: Mr Forood Ranaie, 46 Woodside, Darras Hall, construction of replacement dwelling; Mr Ken Lee, 23 Whinfell Road, continued construction of replacement dwelling and detached garage as permission CM/20080741, material operations carried out to initiate works in August 2011, determination requested for whether planning permission is extant following query from neighbouring property; Mr Wai Phyo, 5 Regency Way, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order application to crown lift one beech to height of 3m; Mr A Minnikin, 88 The Rise, replacement dwelling.
