Plans are put in for council consideration

The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

East Chevington: Mr Chris Anderson, 1 Broomhill Farm Cottages, South Broomhill, extension to the side and rear.

Ellington and Linton: Mr Simon William Coates, Rosling House, Windmill Hill, Ellington, non-material amendment to permission 13/03751/FUL (enlargement of ground floor extension and construction of first floor extension), amendment to change ground floor outer walls to brick.

Hartburn: Ms Elizabeth Walton, land west of The Gin Gan, West Marlish, variation of condition 2 of permission 13/03462/FUL.

Hebron: Mr Ivor and David Renton, High Highlaws, prior notification for portal framed extension for the storage of machinery and crop produce.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr Mark Moore, Holmside, Birk Road, relocation of amenity building and stable block (approved under CM/20100807), change of use of residential garden land to agricultural, change of use of agricultural land to residential garden and stable yard/amenity area, construction of agricultural field access and vehicular track.

Kirkwhelpington: Mr and Mrs John Anderson, Kirkharle Hall, Kirkharle, listed building consent for replacement windows.

Longhirst: Ms Pamela Purvis, 26 Micklewood Close, construction of shed in the back garden, pent roof 5ft x 3ft; Mr Steve Hamilton, land south of 23 Micklewood Close, works to trees in a conservation area, fell one sycamore and reduce one oak by 6m from ground level to match height of adjacent yew.

Matfen: Sir Hugh Blackett, land east of Fenwick Cottages, Fenwick, subdivision of residential curtilage and erection of single dwelling.

Meldon: Mr John Charlton, land north east of Throphill, prior notification for construction of steel portal framed extension with all associated building and cladding works.

Morpeth: Mr Paul Cheyne-Vidal, 11 Blagdon Close, certificate of lawfulness for construction of a single storey rear extension.

Ponteland: Mr Chris Guilbert, land north of Newton Cottage, High Callerton, demolition of stone boundary wall and construction of detached triple garage; Miss Dorothy Wild, 8 Darras Road, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order, fell sycamore; Mr Martin Blane, 45 North Road, notification of prior approval, demolition of conservatory, new rear extension in footprint of conservatory and extended kitchen; Mr David Forrest, 4 Grange Road, notification of prior approval, erection of single storey extension to rear, comprises of flat roof with lantern skylight and UPVC windows, existing internal opening to be widened; Mrs Choppra, 36 Willow Way, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order, pruning overhanging canopy of four ash trees by 25 per cent and removal of small ash.

Stamfordham: Mr David Barlow, 2 Bridge End, two storey rear extension to provide ground floor rear lounge and first floor master bedroom with en-suite and family bathroom, new porch/canopy to front.

Ulgham: Mr David Rawlinson, 8 Manor Court, rear extensions to form conservatory, en-suite and extended garage.

Whalton: Mr David Ash, Glebe Cottage, variation of condition 2 relating to permission 13/03777/FUL (conversion of a garage into a utility room with new internal access and existing double doors filled in to match the cottage, replaced by a window), variation relates to changes to the roof.
