THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
Acklington: Mr Gary Horton, land west of 14 Churchill Way, proposed residential development for nine three-bedroomed houses.
Heddon On The Wall: Mr T Blackburn, farm building north east of Burnside Farm, Birk Road, proposed change of use of existing agricultural storage building to provide additional livery stabling with external alteration to further enclose the south elevation of the building.
Longhorsley: MacDonald Hotels and Resorts, Linden Hall, new planning permission to replace extant permission to extend the time limit for implementation relating to CM/20100455 (extension of time limit of CM/20070358 extension containing business centre and health and fitness club, including swimming pool, changing rooms, thermal spa and lounge, and alterations of existing swimming pool and courtyard to form gym and health and beauty treatment rooms).
Matfen: Mr Paul Scholey, land west of High Bellridge, Ingoe, proposed siting of a 24m high (hub) wind turbine, with a tip height of 33.6m.
Morpeth: Christine Hall, 20 Middlegate, Loansdean, proposed first floor bedroom extension over existing rear kitchen extension and rear glazed porch; Factcroft Limited, 46/48 Bridge Street, proposed change of use from A2 offices to C3 residential to first and second floors.
Ponteland: Mr and Mrs Hall, 54 Linden Way, variation of condition 2 of permission 13/00479/FUL (construction of first floor side extension, single storey rear and front extension and replacement of first floor flat roof with pitched roof); Mr and Mrs Peter Denham, 14 Dunsgreen, proposed first floor bedroom and ensuite extension; Mr A Groves, 37 Avondale Road, Darras Hall, construction of tiled pitched roof over existing flat roof on front elevation; Mr Richard Winter, 10 Stonehaugh Way, construction of single storey porch to front, sunroom to rear and chimney to side; Mrs S Coyne, 9 Greenacres, Darras Hall, orangery extension to rear; Mr Nicholas Pope, Eland Hall Farm, North Eland Lane, non-material amendment to permission 12/00701/FUL (construction of first floor rear extension, single storey rear extension and porch to front), amendment relates to making the extension shorter and more streamlined.
Stamfordham: Mr G Black, Garden House, 7 Hawkwell, Listed Building Consent to take down three courses of stonework to the two main chimneys to remove the lean that has developed and rebuild using existing stone and lime mortar.
Stannington: Mr Kieran Kelly, West Cottage, Glororum Farm Cottages, Clifton, repair/renovation of sash windows and insertion of rooflight to east elevation; also Listed Building Consent.
