Plans before the council

THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Belsay: Mr Jonothan Charlton, East Newham Farm, Milbourne, change of use from agriculture and construction of one residential dwelling.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr D Walker, 15 Station Road, garage, sun porch and utility/wc extensions to rear and removal of rear shed.

Mitford: Environment Agency, land south east of Lightwater Lodge, variation of condition 2 (upstream flood storage area comprising dam across the River Wansbeck, control building, plant room kiosk, access road and associated works, including potential borrow pits).

Morpeth: Mr Mark Smith, 43 St Mary’s Field, Highchurch, rear kitchen, utility and ground floor toilet extension and first floor bathroom extension; Mr and Mrs Simon and Alice Ellis, 18 Stobhill Villas, re-submission, part single and part two storey extension to detached dwelling to provide additional living and bedroom spaces, single storey detached garage; Mrs Diane Loughborough, 22 The Avenue, Loansdean, two storey extension by demolition of single storey garage and utility room.

Ponteland: Mr N Jordan, 23-25 Western Way, Darras Hall, demolition of two houses and creation of two replacement houses; Mr and Mrs A Barron, 2 Chester Close, demolition of one bungalow and building of new 6m high bungalow; Mr and Mrs Niraj Aggarwal, 71 Eastern Way, Darras Hall, two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, first floor extension to rear over kitchen to provide extended lounge, dining, kitchen, family room, en-suite and dressing room.

Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr Tim Hague, Beechcroft, Fenrother Lane, steel portal framed stable block/vehicle store building.
