The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Morpeth: Mr and Mrs S Tinsdale, Kirkville, Cottingwood Lane, demolition of double garage and re-building with larger footprint and studio accommodation over; Mr Graham Trueman, The Old Stables, Grey’s Yard, change of use from A1 retail to D2 assembly and leisure (dance fitness studio); Mr E Danson, 1 Oswald Road, orangery to rear; Mr Michael Greveson, Wansbeck House, Dogger Bank, removal of tree.

Pegswood: Mr Richard Smith, former Pegswood Ex-Servicemen’s And Sports Club, install three satellite dishes; Mr Dave Pollard, new retail store on former Social Club site, Main Street, non-material amendment from application 14/01108/FUL.
