Morpeth: Mrs Sharon Field, 26 Crawhall Crescent, single storey extension to create downstairs shower room and replacement of flat roof with pitched roof on utility room; Mr and Mrs Godsmark, Fenwick Lodge, 3 Upper Fenwick Grove, single storey rear extension with flat roof stone parapet and two glazed lanterns to form snug and dining area.
Nunnykirk: Mr and Mrs John Moore, land south of Wingates Wholme, change of use from agricultural storage building to single residential unit for use by applicant for a farm worker’s dwelling.
Ponteland: Mrs Claire Hickman, School House, Higham Dykes, Milbourne, removal of outbuildings and erection of stables and horse menage; Mr David Dixon, land north of Dyke House, The Avenue, Medburn, variation to condition 2 of 12/03378/FUL.
Rothley: Mr Paul Hewitt, land north of Thistleby Wood, Rugley Walls to Rothley Crossroads, Cambo, change of use of land to accommodate National Trust visitor car park with space for approx. 16 cars.
