The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Ellington and Linton: Mr Richard Holland, land east of Mill Court, Ashington Road, Ellington, single family dwelling consisting two storey farmhouse-style development with parking, access and landscaping.

Longhirst: Mr Andy Foreman, 7 Longhirst Village, single storey rear extension, replacement sash windows, replacement front door and re-building of chimney stack.

Longhorsley: Mr and Mrs Evans, land north of Emmaus, West Road, re-submission of application 14/00361/FUL, construction of two storey detached three-bedroomed property.

Mitford: Mr Sheldon, Ash Tree House, Tree Preservation Order, fell one birch and crown lift one sycamore by approximately 6m.

Morpeth: Mr and Mrs Sheerin, 4 Southgate Wood, certificate of lawfulness for small single storey utility room extension in rear garden.

Mr and Mrs D Cunningham, Cosmetic Dental Clinic, 25 Oldgate and 1 St Bede’s Place, change of use of 1 St Bede’s Place from residential to part of neighbouring dental clinic in conjunction with alterations to listed building to form internal link at first and ground floor between the two properties.

Mr Crawford Winton, 11 St Mark’s Street, High Stanners, rear kitchen and dining room extension.

Mr Mike Dackiewicz, Wm Morrison Supermarket PLC, Dark Lane, variation of condition 49 (hours of opening, staff parking) of permission 11/00408/FUL, construction of retail superstore with access, car parking, re-alignment of the Cotting Burn and associated works.

Datalouise SA, Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, Shields Road, conversion of part of building into three-bedroom residential apartment above ground floor.

Mr Teasdale, 52 Grange Road, proposed conservatory; Mr Robert Turnbull, 31 Park Drive, Deuchar Park, single storey rear infill extension.

Dr Kevin Yates, 5 Wansbeck Place, single storey extension to rear, new en-suite bathroom to second floor, loft conversion, including installation of rooflights, replacement of roof tiles, replacement of two windows to rear, cleaning and re-pointing of stone to front elevation; also Listed Building Consent.

Ponteland: Mr James Davis, 50 Merton Road, change of use of first floor storage and office area into one two-bed and one one-bed residential dwelling flats; Miss Erin Robson, land west of airport parking, Prestwick, extension to long-term car park, including landscaping and ancillary bus stops, lighting columns etc, associated with Newcastle International Airport.

Tritlington and West Chevington: Mr Jonathon Barber, North Byre, Tritlington Demesne, single storey rear house extension.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Chris Oliver, Ulgham Park Farm, non-material amendment to permission 14/00579/FUL (window removed and replaced with door on front elevation, roof lights added to plan).
