The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr John Craig, 5 Guyzance Village, Guyzance, Listed Building Consent, demolition of garage and greenhouse to rear and construction of new garage/log store and greenhouse; S Ingleby, 1 Guyzance Village, works to trees in a Conservation Area, trim lower branches of one oak to raise crown by 1m (less than 5 per cent of total branches) to improve light level in garden.

Brinkburn: Mr Nicholas Fenwick, land south of Thistleyhaugh Farm, Longhorsley, proposed campsite, outdoor adventure camp and office building; Mr Roger Windmarsh, Tindles Hill Caravan Park, Longhorsley, eight-pitch extension.

East Chevington: Food Programme Delivery, The Co-operative Food, 17 The Precinct, Hadston, advertisement consent for one internally illuminated fascia and one non-illuminated 3.5m totem.

Meldon: Mr Brian Weightman, Rivergreen Kennels, extension and conversion to kennels and associated outbuildings to provide three dwellings with associated garage, landscaping and access; also Listed Building Consent.

Mitford: Mr and Mrs Mark Anderson, Woodlands, Tranwell Woods, non-material amendment to permission 13/01453/FUL (reconfiguration of main roof to create central gable with water table, two side gables changed to hip roofs, introduction of water tables on side and front garage gables, increased height and enhanced detail to chimney stacks, introduction of contrasting terracotta half-round ridge and hip tiles throughout, replace below DPM brickwork with dressed natural stone plinth, new feature entrance walls to sides of gate pillars, replace gravel drive with granite sett, coach lantern lighting columns to replace ground level spot lights, new brick retaining wall with piers, garden steps and lighting columns to rear garden, extension to natural slate patio, removal of category C trees, installation of subterranean sewerage treatment plant, peat filtration beds and water storage tank to replace non-operational plant to include removal of trees).

Morpeth: Mr Craig Armstrong, Fulbeck Grange, prior notification of demolition, buildings to be demolished are the accommodation block to the east of the site and the Wardens’ Cottage to the north; Mr Steven Watts, 51 Townsend Crescent, first-floor bedroom extension over garage; Barry Wilson, land east of Southgate Mews, Tree Preservation Order, fell ten self-set juvenile/semi-mature sycamores, eight self-set juvenile/semi-mature ash, one self-set juvenile Western Hemlock, one juvenile elm, crown raise to 5m from ground six Western Hemlocks and seven ash, species unknown fell (dead/dying), copper beech crown lift to 4m to clear lamppost, sign and path, beech and cherry crown lift to 2.5m to clear path.

Ponteland: Mr A Ciura, 1 The Green, Certificate of Lawful Development, erection of detached garage plus access track.
