The following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr G Bowlt, Cooksburn Mill, change of use of land to accommodate construction of four holiday chalets.

East Chevington: Jessie Johnston, land north west and north east of Woodside Farm Cottages, Red Row, construction of ten spans of 20kV overhead line, replace openwire LV network between poles 19-24 with aerial bunched plastic-coated conductor, upon completion the LV network from pole 19 to pole 1 will be removed.

Mr Stephen Lowes, Stone Leigh, Main Street, Red Row, second storey to bungalow, pitched roof to garage and double doors to rear.

Ellington and Linton: Harworth Estates, land south of Aiden Grove and Lynemouth Road, Ellington, hybrid application comprising outline application for residential development of up to 400 dwellings, small scale retail provision (up to 350sqm gross), associated access, full planning sought for football pitches and access via Lynemouth Road.

Hartburn: Ms Elizabeth Walton, The Farmhouse, West Marlish, 36 photovoltaic panels mounted to an automatic solar tracking system to generate electricity for Marlish Farm.

Hebron: Mr Graham Carter, Strafford House, demolition of two storey flat with garage under, including disused greenhouse, and construction of garage with pitched roof.

Mr and Mrs F McIver, land north of Fivehills, Fairmoor, demolish cattery, form new access and drive and build single storey dwelling.

Morpeth: Environment Agency, Flood Alleviation Scheme areas along River Wansbeck, Oldgate, variation to condition 2 (approved plans) from approval 12/02972/FULES (flood alleviation scheme for Morpeth comprising new and improved embankments and flood defence walls, a new tree screen and other defence measures along the River Wansbeck).

Pegswood: Food Programme Delivery Group, Pegswood Ex-Servicemen’s and Sports Club, advertisement consent for three internally illuminated fascias, one non-illuminated wall-mounted flat aluminium panel and eight post-mounted flat aluminium panels on steel posts.

Ponteland: Mr Tom Dickson, 3 Edge Hill, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order application for permission to fell one scots pine to rear of property.

Dr Ashman, 29 Hadrian Court, Tree Preservation Order application to remove the lowest branch on west side of ash to reduce excessive shading; Mr and Mrs Ian Gordon, land south of Milbourne Garage, Milbourne, conversion of redundant barn to private dwelling.

Stannington: Mrs Diane Miller, Miller Properties, Netherton Park, provide four offices to existing building following approval CM/2010/0142 change of use application.

Wallington Demesne: Mr and Mrs T Gibson, The Corridge, Middleton, Listed Building Consent, internal alterations.
