Mr and Mrs F McIver, land north of Fivehills, Fairmoor, demolish cattery, form new access and drive and build single storey dwelling.
Morpeth: Environment Agency, Flood Alleviation Scheme areas along River Wansbeck, Oldgate, variation to condition 2 (approved plans) from approval 12/02972/FULES (flood alleviation scheme for Morpeth comprising new and improved embankments and flood defence walls, a new tree screen and other defence measures along the River Wansbeck).
