Ellington and Linton: Mrs Jane Scott, Glendale, Cresswell Road, Ellington, retrospective, change of main roof style from a hip end to gable end, the alterations also comprise of three roof lights to the front elevation and a single rear dormer.
Heddon on the Wall: Mr and Mrs Rand, High Dyke, 35 Station Road, Tree Preservation Order application to remove two overhanging branches from sycamore.
Matfen: Golder Associates, Mootlaw Quarry, extension of time for planning consent 91/D/514, condition 1.
Morpeth: Environment Agency, land at Abbey Terrace, new telemetry cabinet to replace an existing cabinet, the new cabinet will be located at the southern end of the High Stanners open space area; NHS Property Services, The Health Centre, Gas House Lane, Low Stanners, amended car park layout, hard landscaping, soft landscaping and new bin store.
Ponteland: Hair By North East, 13 Bell Villas, Certificate of Lawfulness of existing use of the first floor for A1 use in conjunction with ground floor A1 retail use, also demolition of two timber monopitch extensions and brick outhouses; Mrs A Priestly, 44 Dunsgreen, Darras Hall, variation of condition 2 of application 13/00642/FUL (proposed dining room extension and first floor extension over to form additional bedroom accommodation); Mr and Mrs Jo Martin, 22 Greenacres, Darras Hall, proposed new roof to form 7m high dormer bungalow, including internal and external alterations.
Stannington: Northumbrian Water, land south of Swan Farm, Vale View, proposed construction of a control kiosk to house electrical equipment for a new sewage pumping station;
Northumbrian Water, St Mary’s Sewage Works, proposal to upgrade/improve the drainage for St Mary’s Hospital housing development, works include construction of a control kiosk to house electrical equipment for operation of a new sewage pumping station and erection of telemetry communication mast 6m high to be constructed within the compound of existing sewage works, a crossing of the Duddo Burn and a new outfall headwall adjacent are also required, a turning head will be incorporated within the compound to allow safe manoeuvring of operations vehicles, the sewage treatment works will be abandoned by NWL after the new pumping station is commissioned.
