Stannington: Miss Marie Lodge, 10 Bowmont Walk, St Mary’s Park, retrospective application for a 1.8m close boarded timber fence.
Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Peter Wilson, 1 and 2 East Stobswood Farm Cottages, Widdrington Station, conversion of two cottages into one and construction of sun room and utility extensions.
