THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Acklington: Mr and Mrs Graham and Jill Morris, 5 Bank House Farm, re-submission, ground floor extension to the south of the property, along with numbers 3 and 4; also Listed Building Consent; Ms Gillian Brown, 3 Bank House Farm, re-submission, ground floor extension to south of property, along with numbers 4 and 5; also Listed Building Consent; Mr David Wilson, 4 Bank House Farm, re-submission, ground floor extension to the south of the property, along with numbers 3 and 5.

Field Homes, Plot 12, Bank House Farm, removal of condition 3 of application A/2007/0544 (conversion of two redundant outbuildings to form one holiday cottage), permission allowed under A/2007/0544/A; Field Homes, land situated at Bank House Farm, removal of condition 2 of application A/2006/0373 (conversion, sub-division and alteration of vacant buildings to create 11 permanent holiday cottages).

Matfen: Mr Geoff Finlay, land west of Tongues Farm, Kirkheaton, installation of a Kingspan KW6 domestic wind turbine mounted on a 15m tower (height to tip 17.8m).

Morpeth: Mr Andy Mahmood, Bow Villa, 41 Bullers Green, reinstate railings to the front elevation; also Listed Building Consent; Mrs M Phillips, 19 Bullers Green, replacement windows to rear elevations, four number.

Ponteland: Mr Nicholas Pope, Eland Hall Farm, North Eland Lane, construction of first floor rear extension and single storey rear extension; Mrs Dawn O’Donnell, land north of Furze Hill, conversion of stable block outbuildings into a dwelling; Mr and Mrs Christopher Jackson, 50 Paddock Hill, proposed rear conservatory extension and kitchen/dining alterations; Mr George Morley, 4 Grenville Court, Darras Hall, Tree Preservation Order application to crown reduce one plum tree by 33 per cent.

Stamfordham: Defence Infrastructure Organisation, 102 Albemarle Barracks, Ouston, prior notification of demolition of B2(a) centre plant room.

Stannington: Evergreen Developments, land north west of filling station, Station Road End, part change of use from former petrol filling station/A1 diner to residential (C3) by way of erecting approximately 32 residential properties, plus associated access, parking and open space; Mr and Mrs Mark Huxtable, land north east of Granary Cottage, construction of two stables, tack room and hay store; Mrs Christina Arkley, Royston House, St Mary Lane, St Mary Park, double leaf swinging gates.

Thirston: Mr David Orange, trees around Bainbridge Lane, Eshott, Tree Preservation Order, fell one beech, lift crown of oak up to 3m, lift crown of beech up to 3m and remove lower limb of ash tree.

Ulgham: Mr Alan Falkingham, Ulgham Hall, Listed Building Consent, replacement boiler and associated works.

Wallington Demesne: Mr C Snowball, The Chapel, Middleton, variation of condition 3, 4 and 5 of application CM/20100249 (commencement of work, boundary treatment).

Widdrington Village: Mr W Bell, land west of Hemscott Hill, Cresswell, application for determination of conditions for mineral/mining site, continued sand extraction.
