South Northumberland M.S. Society

At the recent meeting of the South Northumberland M.S. Society we were delighted to welcome Jaqueline Brewster as our guest.

Mrs Brewster talked about the benefits of Aloe Vera.

She discussed how it was used for ailments many years ago, and is of great benefit still today for various conditions.

Mrs Brewster brought samples of aloe vera for the members to try.

Items were also available to order from ‘Forever Living’, for which Mrs Brewster is an agent.

The talk was fascinating and informative, and Mrs Brewster was thanked by the chairman Mrs Jackie Scott.

At the group’s meeting on Wednesday, Mrs Linda Fugill was the speaker on the subject of ‘Wansbeck Valley Foodbank’.

The branch offers a confidential ear and support from trained volunteers, information from the national MS society, contacts for further advice, grants to make home adaptations or provide equipment, and friendly social events.
