CHARITY supporters can put their best foot forward and take in the North’s most famous landmark.
Disability North is appealing for people to take on its Hadrian’s Wall Challenge, walking 84 miles from Bowness-on-Solway to Wallsend.
The first day of the walk will go as far as Walton, reaching Once Brewed on day two, Heddon On The Wall on day three and finally completing the journey on the fourth day, followed by a celebration for participants, their family and friends.
The charity will organise transport, accommodation and baggage transfers for the event.
All proceeds will go towards supporting its work providing information and advice to disabled people and their families.
Last year, around £5,000 was raised from the challenge. The walk takes place from May 10 to 13.
Anyone interested in taking part should contact Disability North on 0191 284 0480 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
