Morpeth Lions Club

FOR the past few months a number of Morpeth Lions Club members have embarked on a new social activity named Lions wot Lunch.

This gives those available and sufficiently interested the opportunity to meet up socially between meetings and enjoy some good food and conversation.

Then, if the weather is suitably clement, there is always the chance of a walk to burn off the calories.

Recently a small group met up for lunch followed by an exploration of the Northumberlandia site.

While it was blowy, it was at least dry and the intrepid lunchers made it to the highest point of the world’s largest human landform sculpture.
