THE following planning applications have been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

Heddon On The Wall: Mr Wolfgang Katzensteiner, Houghton Moor, single storey extension to provide bedroom/en-suite.

Matfen: Jessie Johnston, land north west of Matfen Village, upgrading of HV supply from single phase to three phase.

Morpeth: Mr and Mrs Joe and Gillian Lavery, land east of Bolland Hall, Bullers Green, application for new permission to replace extant application CM20100117, construction of one three-bedroom dwelling and one two-bedroom dwelling; Mr Geoff Lough, 66 Fourth Avenue, detached double garage; Mr Richard Jones, Collingwood School and Media Arts College, Stobhillgate, extension to existing school building to form additional class space and external covered play area; Mr Peter Corbett, land east of 9 Badgers Green, Pinewood Drive, Lancaster Park, Tree Preservation Order application to crown reduce one oak by three per cent.

Netherwitton: Mr Alun Moore, Beacon Hill Farm, Longhorsley, 112 PV panels to erect in field to the west of Beacon Hill; Mr Chris McDonald, land north of Hill End Farm, Longwitton, erection of an agricultural livestock building.

Pegswood: Mr Barry Casterton, Wansbeck Viaduct, Listed Building Consent for the installation of tie bars and pattress plates to span 5/6.

Ponteland: Mr Carl Ince, 20 Pinegarth, Darras Hall, two storey extensions to front and rear plus internal alterations to dormer bungalow; Mr Michael Hunter, 27 Edge Hill, Darras Hall, non-material amendment to application 12/02222/FUL construction of single and two storey extensions to form garage, garden room, stores, study, fitness room and construction of free-standing car port; Mr Andrew Bentley, 11 Eastern Way, Darras Hall, single storey extension to rear for kitchen/sunroom; Ms Jessica Taylor, Brewery Lane Pharmacy, Brewery Lane, Listed Building Consent, replacement of shop front and installation of hanging sign; Mr Leigh Mawson, 1 Callerton Lane, loft conversion, including front and rear dorma window and single storey extension.

Stamfordham: Capture Energy and Pure Energy Professional Unit, land north east of Heatherslaw Heugh, screening opinion for single 500kW turbine with tip height 77m, rotor diameter 54m and hub height 50m.

Stannington: Miss Leanne Willis, 31 Station Road, first floor rear extension to extend bedroom and creation of en-suite and single storey side extension to enlarge kitchen and creation of utility lobby; Mr and Mrs Petini, 2 Hepscott Park, proposed orangery/kitchen extension to rear.

Thirston: Mr and Mrs Don Hill, Home Cottage, Helm, side extension and rear extension to existing dwelling.

Widdrington Station and Stobswood: Mr Joe Sinclair, 11 The Gables, Widdrington Station, replace flat roof above two storey extension with pitched roof to match the existing main roof and replacement of flat roof above front ground floor projection with pitched roof.
