Great season for Abbeyfields footballers

Pictured are the two football teams from Abbeyfields School, Morpeth, who enjoyed another excellent season in the South East Northumberland First School leagues.
The 'A' team had a very successful campaign, winning the 'A' Team League and the finals day cup. The 'B' team also performed fantastically well, finishing runners-up in the 'B' Team League. 'A' team squad, back row: Joseph McCormack, Patrick Booth, Sam Thompson, Ewan Kirk; in front, Jake Stevenson, Dylan Richardson (Captain), Sean Kelly; missing from the photo are Sam Waterston and Alex Brown. 'B' team squad, back row: Philip Kirby, Toby Gormely, Thomas Hardy, Conor Barclay; in front, Sam Hardy, Ewan Roberts (Captain), Cameron Forbes, Josh Burton; missing from photo are Matthew Dale and Robbie Nash.
