A GROUP of people pushed themselves to the limit to support a good cause.
Some of the staff and members, and a few non-members, at Energie Ladies Fitness in Morpeth did an indoor triathlon to mark National Fitness Day.
The 20 participants completed 1000m on a rowing machine, two-and-a-half miles on an exercise bike and a mile-and-a-half on the treadmill.
All the funds that will be collected will go to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Club manager Holly McEwan said: “Everyone who took part said they enjoyed the challenge and it was useful for us because we found out the strengths and weaknesses of some of our members by comparing results from the different pieces of equipment.”
