SUNDERLAND are yet to agree a fee for the signing of Tottenham Hotspur striker Darren Bent, reports claim.
On Tuesday one national newspaper reported Bent to be in the north east discussing personal terms on a £10m move to the Stadium of Light.

However, it is claimed by The Independent that no price for the three-times capped England player has been agreed between the two clubs.

The former Ipswich Town player, who was signed by former Spurs boss Martin Jol 12 months ago for £16.5m from Charlton, is still one of a number of possible strikers Sunderland boss Roy Keane is considering.

However, with Aston Villa and Celtic also reportedly interested and his sizeable wage packet a consideration - he reputedly earns £65,000 a week at White Hart Lane - no deal is imminent.
