Sunderland head for Forest in Carling Cup

SUNDERLAND have been handed a tricky tie at Nottingham Forest in the Carling Cup Second Round.
Last night's draw pitched Roy Keane's side against the Championship club where he started his playing career and a team they beat 1-0 in pre-season.
The tie will be played the week beginning August 25.
