The winners and 14 other highly-commended pictures for the 300th anniversary of Morpeth Town Hall art competition for schools have been on display in the Butter Market.

Pictured with them and the bunting which was decorated by local children at the Picnic in the Park event are Morpeth Mayor Nic Best, left, and Sue Dibben and Frank Rescigno of Greater Morpeth Development Trust. The artwork will be on display again in the Butter Market on Saturday, when there will also be a craft fair on in the Corn Exchange.
