Medieval birds come to Belsay

SPECTACULAR flying displays from Birds of Prey will be at Belsay Hall this weekend.

Costumed falconers will show how the birds were used in Medieval times for hunting and status.

There are also plenty of activities for children, from dressing up to sword skills.

Activities will be held on Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 4.30pm.

Entry costs £7.50 for adults, £6.80 concessions, £4.50 for children (aged five to 15) and a family ticket costs £19.50. English Heritage members go free.
