A PONTELAND man will take the spotlight on prime-time television this weekend.
Mark Stickley will compete alongside his father-in-law Brian Burns on The National Lottery: Break The Safe programme on Saturday.
The pair will go head-to-head with two other couples in a quiz to determine who will enter the final nerve-biting round, and the amount of prize-money at stake. Up to £100,000 could be won.
The show, which is hosted by Nick Knowles, will air on BBC One at 8.20pm.
