Morpeth Camera Club Members Print Knockout Competition. 'Members submitted A4 prints for the knockout which was judged by fellow members. 'There was a very wide variety of subjects from Landscape, portraiture & abstract in colour and mono, submitted by many of the new members of the club. For everyone it was a very good insight into what other members achieve. 'The 1st place went to Glyn Trueman, a new member of the club, with Puffin in Flight, '2nd & 3rd places went to Ian Cadwallander with a still life of peas in a pod and a very beautiful sunset.

These amazing images were submitted as part of the Morpeth Camera Club Members’ Print Knockout Competition.

The contest was held at the club’s February 7 meeting.

A number of A4 prints were submitted for the event, which was judged by fellow members.

There was a very wide variety of subjects in the forms of landscape, portraiture and abstract, in colour and mono, with many entries coming from new members of the club.

It was a very good insight into what other members can achieve.

First place went to Glyn Trueman, a new member, with Puffin in Flight.

Ian Cadwallender was second and third with a still life of peas in a pod and an atmospheric sunrise.
