STAR students were a big hit with a couple of ‘famous faces’ at a school talent show.
The glittering event at Tritlington First School included singers, dancers, comedy sketches and even magic presented by The Mysterious Ben.
Simon Cowell, alias enthusiastic parent Dave Proud and complete with high-rise trousers and suspiciously black hair, had some positive comments about the talented youngsters.
His glamorous colleague Cheryl Cole, played by teaching assistant Julie Tindle, was “150 per cent impressed” by the wealth of entertainment provided by the pupils.
The voting was close, but the Eggstra Factor’s overall winner was Lorna Smith, who sang Jar of Hearts.
Second prize was given to Sienna Howard for her dance routine.
Headteacher Liz Donaldson paid tribute to the parents, staff and children who had organised and participated in the event.
