THERE was fun for all the family as a village venue staged its second pantomime production.
Little Red Riding Hood (but not as you know it) took place at Pegswood Community Hub. It featured a mix of adult and child members of Pegswood Performing Arts.
In the show, nursery rhyme town is under attack from a werewolf and so the villagers appoint famed werewolf hunter Velma the Vampire to save them. She receives help from Little Red Riding Hood and her mysterious friend.
Emma Anderson of Pegswood Performing Arts said: “The pantomime was a huge success.
“There was a packed house for all three performances and the audiences had a great time.
“We managed to make a profit, which will help towards future performances and the hub itself.
“After a very short break we will be back to prepare for our next show – the Summer Spectacular.”
