Covid-19 case numbers in Northumberland fell by over 20% in the week to February 13, new figures show.

Data published by Northumberland County Council reveals there were 373 positive cases, with the infection rate at 116.5 per 100,000 – the lowest level since late September.

By comparison, there were 468 positive cases in the week to February 6, with the infection rate at 146.1.

Here are the 17 areas of the county with the lowest Covid-19 rates.

There were zero cases of Covid-19 in Bamburgh ward in the week to February 13.
