An innovative new employment programme in the North East has unveiled its team of six dedicated business advisors charged with supporting SMEs in their local area.
Amongst those appointed as part of the Generation NE team is Mike Hawkins, who is based in Northumberland.
Each advisor will offer SMEs in their locality a tailored and impartial service that will allow companies to make connections with the next generation of the area’s workforce. The programme is a collaboration between five local authorities in the region and the North East LEP.
Generation NE’s Mark Stamper said: “The advisors will offer one-to-one advice and tailor-made support services.”
