The Morpeth office of chartered surveyor and estate agents Bradley Hall has a new addition to its team.
Property executive Rosie Spours joins the Northumberland outfit from London estate agents Foxtons and will oversee negotiations across the Morpeth and Alnwick offices.
The 24-year-old, originally from Alnwick, said “This is a fantastic time to be joining Bradley Hall during its expansion and to be back in the North East at such an exciting time for the property industry.
“I grew up in Alnwick so my knowledge of Northumberland makes me comfortable advising people on purchasing and selling property in the area. I am really passionate about property and I look forward to helping the people of Northumberland find their perfect home.”
Bradley Hall’s ongoing regional expansion will also see another new member added to their Morpeth office.
The Northumberland team will also include Bradley Hall director and qualified chartered surveyor Richard Rafique.
He said: “Rosie has been a welcome addition to Bradley Hall and has already made an impact on the team.
“Her experience in the industry has proven to be beneficial and she has really hit the ground running by completing negotiations on a number of properties.”
The firm recently celebrated its 25th year as an estate agent and almost 30 as a chartered surveying firm, with an annual turnover of £1.5m.
