A NEW Morpeth lifestyle business could be just the key to keeping New Year’s resolutions.
Xperience Healthy Lifestyle has been formed by four businesswomen to help clients improve their personal wellbeing.
The international team behind the venture is made up of health, fitness and wellness coach Michele Del Cueto, from Mexico, Sopha William, who offers Thai, foot and body massage, and Cuban pair Yanet Cruzta and Esperanza Silva, who teach authentic Latin dancing.
Ms Del Cueto said: “We are from different countries, but have joined up for one business.
“We will help people with their wellbeing and to get into a healthy lifestyle. The help depends on what the person really wants to do and what their goal is health-wise.
“There is no membership at all like you would have for a gym. This is more for the community. For example, the Latin dancing is £3 a session so people can come and dance whenever they want.
“We just want to encourage people to get healthy.”
The wellbeing coach is also keen to encourage more budding entrepreneurs and will help them to set up their own businesses, with an aim to establish 100 ventures in a year.
“The goal is to create 100 businesses in 12 months and so far in a month I have helped to create four. Whatever the talents of the person, we can create a business for them. That is our aspiration,” she said.
“Our whole focus is on the complete lifestyle.”
The business is based in a unit off Bridge Street and works on an appointment system.
