A chartered surveyor and property agent has launched a recruitment drive after revealing plans to open a new branch in Morpeth to cope with demand.
Bradley Hall, based in Durham and Newcastle, already has an office in Alnwick and now intends to open a fifth branch in Morpeth’s Newgate Street early this year.
Its expansion plans have prompted the recruitment of three new members of staff, and further jobs are expected to follow.
Three property experts will be on hand at the Newgate Street office including current Alnwick Branch Manager Matt Hoy, now head of Northumberland operations for the firm.
Matt said: “Morpeth has seen a great deal of development recently, making it an up-and-coming area for potential home-buyers.
“There are some fantastic new-build properties set to come to market in the near future and a range of high-quality existing homes.
“I look forward to overseeing the new operation and being part of Bradley Hall as it successfully expands across the North East.”
In its 25th year as an estate agent and 29th as a chartered surveying firm, Bradley Hall has an annual turnover of around £1.5m and is expecting further growth.
Managing Director Neil Hart said: “2015 was a year of great success, including the opening of our new office in Alnwick, expansions in Newcastle city centre and confirmation that we will be opening a fifth office in Morpeth, as well as potential for further recruitments in the new year.
“We ended 2015 on a high, with a range of valuable additions to our team.”
Bradley Hall has promoted chartered surveyor Tim Aisbitt to the post of Associate Director, and he will specialise in agency, commercial development and investment work at the company’s Grey Street office in Newcastle.
