A mobile phone network will start work next week to bring its 4G service to Morpeth.
Subject to successful implementation and testing, O2 customers in the town will benefit from the new, faster internet service in the following weeks. The company will also make improvements to its 2G and 3G networks.
During the work, there may be times when a customer has intermittent se-rvice. They can download the O2 TUGo app, which enables them to make and receive calls on any Wi-Fi-connected device using their mobile number.
