This is part of a major new series to compile Northumberland’s Top 10 in a number of categories.

The county has many amazing attractions and must-see places and the Northumberland Gazette, Berwick Advertiser, Morpeth Herald and News Post Leader aims to gauge opinions on its highlights and discover which ones are the most popular.

We will present new subjects until the end of the year and ask you to vote for your favourite.

Send us your suggestions and pictures for the shortlists either by email, Twitter (@Morpeth_Herald), Facebook, or upload them directly through this website.

At the end of 2015, we will publish the complete guide to Northumberland’s Top 10.
