The children playing Mary and Joseph in the Stobhill living nativity were Laura Stevenson and Josh White. Pictures by David Sunderland.

It started at St Aidan’s Church, carols were also sung as they made their way around the Jobling Crescent estate and Sainsbury’s was the place where there ‘was no room at the inn’.

Most of the cast then returned to the church as a ‘stable’ had been set-up in the building.
