A family fun day for dogs and their owners will take place at Otterburn on Saturday.
Celebrating 70 years of The Northern Border Terrier Club, the doors at Otterburn RTC Sports Centre will be open to families and their pet dogs of any breed or persuasion, so long as they are well behaved.
Starting at 10am with a welcome tea or coffee, events begin at 10.30am with a talk on Simple First Aid for Your Dog, followed by stripping techniques at 11.30am.
A professional dog photographer will also be on hand, and there will be a demonstration of sniffer dog work from a retired police dog and his handler.
There will, of course, be some terrier racing too, at 4.30pm.
Admission is free, including car parking.
