Free advice to help keep yourself healthy

FREE advice on dieting and fitness will be offered in a fundraising seminar this evening (Thursday).

Northumberland fitness trainer Dean Coulson, who runs a number of boot camps across the county, will discuss weight loss and training.

Mr Coulson, 40, said: “Although it is great that people are taking more of an interest in their fitness and what they eat, they would succeed far more if they knew how to train and eat properly — what I call the truth about fat loss.

“I’ve lost count of the number of people who have come to me and said that no matter what they do, they just can’t shed the pounds or improve their fitness. They can and they do. They just don’t know how to.

“I find a lot of people are confused by all the nutrition and exercise advice out there. This seminar will help them work out the good from the bad and also help to bust a few myths.

“The seminar is on a first come, first served basis. You’ll go home with an actual action plan on how to get amazing weight loss results, which are sustainable long-term.”

The seminar would normally cost £50, but Mr Coulson is offering it free, with a collection for the British Heart Foundation.

He said: “It’s a terrific charity which is committed to improving the quality of life by preventing the premature deaths of people with heart disease.”

The seminar takes place at Morpeth Town Hall, from 7.30pm.
