Health officials are keen to hear community views about services in an open event this weekend.
The NHS Northumberland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will hold a patient forum at Morpeth Riverside Leisure Centre on Saturday.
The event will give an update on issues such as patient transport services, access to GPs and winter pressures facing the NHS, while allowing members of the public the opportunity to raise concerns and offer feedback.
There will also be information stands from Healthwatch Northumberland, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust and Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, which will be offering free health checks.
CCG Chief Clinical Officer Dr Alistair Blair said: “This is a chance for local people to share their experiences of the NHS and for us to find out more about how we can continue to improve services.”
It runs from 10am to 12.30pm and admission is free. To book a place call 01670 335180 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
