iPads stolen from caravan in Northumberland

Thieves have stolen an array of items, including two iPads, from a caravan in Northumberland.

The incident happened sometime between 7pm on Sunday, August 23, and 7am the next day. The caravan was parked on Bullers Green in Morpeth.

Items taken included a pair of Asics blue trainers, a pair of blue size 5 Canterbury rugby boots, a black computer case, a brown leather computer case, a tartan shoulder bag and the two iPads.

Officers are also investigating the possibility that the incident is linked to a burglary at an outhouse at a property on Newgate Street in the town. Between 9pm on Saturday, August 22, and 10am the following day, a DeWalt drill was stolen from the building.

Anyone with any information about either of the incidents, or who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the areas at the time of the thefts, is asked to contact police on 101 extension 69191 quoting reference 169 24/08/15.
